Terms and Conditions for "Durability Challenge" Campaign:

The "Durability Challenge" campaign is organized by Termeh. By participating in this campaign, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

حملة "تحدي المتانة" منظمة من قبل ترمه. من خلال المشاركة في هذه الحملة، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام.

The campaign is open to all customers who have purchased a pair of our hand-painted espadrilles. Employees and immediate family members of Termeh are not eligible to participate.

الحملة مفتوحة لجميع العملاء الذين قاموا بشراء زوج من حذاء الإسبادريل المرسوم يدوياً. لا يحق للموظفين أو أفراد العائلة المباشرة لترمه المشاركة.

The objective of the campaign is to test the durability of our shoes through unconventional means. Participants are invited to attempt to destroy their shoes in a safe and creative way.

الهدف من الحملة هو اختبار متانة حذائنا من خلال وسائل غير تقليدية. يدعى المشاركون لمحاولة تدمير حذائهم بطريقة آمنة ومبتكرة.

While we encourage participants to have fun and be creative, safety is of utmost importance. Participants must not engage in any activity that may cause harm to themselves or others. No knives, scissors, guns, attack helicopters, or any other dangerous objects or methods are allowed during the destruction process.

في حين نشجع المشاركين على الاستمتاع والتفنن، إلا أن السلامة هي الأهم. يجب على المشاركين عدم القيام بأي نشاط قد يؤدي إلى إلحاق الضرر بأنفسهم أو الآخرين. لا يُسمح باستخدام السكاكين أو المقصات أو الأسلحة أو طائرات الهجوم أو أي أجسام أو طرق خطرة أخرى أثناء عملية التدمير.

Participants must follow conventional methods of destruction that do not involve intentional damage through fire, extreme force, or any sharp objects that would normally destroy a shoe. Examples of acceptable methods include bending, twisting, stretching, or applying pressure to the shoes.

يجب على المشاركين اتباع طرق تدمير تقليدية لا تنطوي على تلف متعمد عن طريق النار أو القوة المفرطة أو أي أجسام حادة قد تدمر الحذاء بشكل طبيعي. أمثلة على الطرق المقبولة تشمل الانحناء والتواء والتمدد أو تطبيق الضغط على الحذاء.

To enter the campaign, participants must capture a photograph or video of their attempt to destroy the shoes and submit it to Termeh via email or social media. The submission must include the participant's full name, contact information, and order number.

للدخول في الحملة، يجب على المشاركين التقاط صورة أو فيديو لمحاولتهم لتدمير الحذاء وإرسالها إلى ترمه عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. يجب أن تتضمن الإرسال اسم المشارك الكامل ومعلومات للتواصل

Each participant is allowed only one entry for the campaign. Multiple entries from the same participant will be disqualified.

تُسمح لكل مشارك بمشاركة واحدة فقط في الحملة. سيتم إلغاء المشاركات المتعددة من نفس المشارك.

The winner of the $100 USD cash prize will be selected by Termeh based on the creativity and uniqueness of their destruction attempt.

يتم منح الفائز جائزة نقدية بقيمة 100 دولار أمريكي. سيتم تقييم جميع المشاركات من قبل فريق ترمه بناءً على المرونة والتفاصيل والإبداع وروح الحملة.

 

 The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified via email or social media within 10 days of the campaign end date. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner will be selected.

يتم تحديد الفائز بواسطة فريق ترمه وقرارهم هو قرار نهائي وغير قابل للاعتراض.

سيتم إعلام الفائز عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي في غضون 10 أيام من تاريخ انتهاء الحملة. إذا لم يستجب الفائز خلال 7 أيام، سيتم اختيار فائز آخر.

The $100 USD cash prize will be awarded to the winner via bank transfer or any other mutually agreed upon method.

سيتم منح جائزة نقدية بقيمة 100 دولار أمريكي للفائز عن طريق التحويل البنكي أو أي طريقة أخرى تتم الاتفاق عليها بين الطرفين.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other products or services.

الجائزة غير قابلة للتحويل ولا يمكن استبدالها بأي منتجات أو خدمات أخرى.

By participating in the campaign, participants release Termeh and its affiliates from any liability for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during the destruction attempts.

من خلال المشاركة في هذه الحملة، فإنك توافق على عدم تحمل "ترمه" وشركاتها التابعة من أي مسؤولية تتعلق بأية أضرار أو خسائر أو إصابات يتعرضون لها خلال محاولات التدمير.

Termeh reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.

تحتفظ ترمه بالحق في تعديل أو إلغاء الحملة أو تغيير الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

هذه الشروط والأحكام تخضع لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. أي نزاعات تنشأ فيما يتعلق بهذه الحملة يجب أن تكون خاضعة للولاية القضائية الحصرية لمحاكم الإمارات.

Participation in the campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

يعتبر المشارك في الحملة موافقًا على جميع الشروط والأحكام المذكورة أعلاه.
